Architect and cohousing expert Charles Durrett will be working with Village Hearth Cohousing to finalize design choices for their senior cohousing neighborhood in Durham, NC! In this workshop, they will choose the sinks, countertops, light fixtures, and many other fun housing features.

When built, Village Hearth will be the first LGBT-focused community. They have land and have been approved 7-0, by the City Council. They are accepting members into the group and welcome anyone interested to contact them.
