In June of 2019, filmmaker John de Graaf teamed up with Charles Durrett to capture what life is like in American cohousing communities. Along with photographer Doug Stanley and editor Greg Davis, they created a 27-minute documentary that aims to inform, enlighten, and introduce cohousing and its benefits to a wide audience. The film explores the history of cohousing in America and explains its Danish roots, while giving an honest look into the lives of residents.
