Next up is the Private Home Design Workshop with Charles Durrett, taking place on September 28-30, 2024, and folks who are interested in this community are invited! Newt Crossing has 17 acres of wooded land not far from downtown Port Townsend, WA, where they’re planning for a community of 8 households, and they still have a few homes available.
