Charles Durrett to Present on Community Therapy & a Forming Neuro-Inclusive Cohousing Community in Grass Valley, CA

Paul Platner, Independent Facilitator and Co-Founder of EnGaged Services, says there’s a huge need for a neuro-inclusive community here in Nevada County, CA. “Sure, there are expensive places where we can send our family members to live, but there aren’t a lot of places where families can live together in community.”

With discussions on art and music therapy, horse therapy, gardening/cooking therapy, and community therapy, it’s sure to be an inspiring event. During Chuck’s Presentation, he will describe his trip to Sólheimar Ecovillage, a neuro-inclusive community in Iceland, as well as his new book about it, One Life, Live It! He will also talk about how to find a site in Grass Valley, CA that will have potential to be a neuro-inclusive cohousing community for families and their loved ones with disabilities.
