Development Refinement Phase

With the initial designs approved, we refine them by adding technical details, collaborating with consultants, engineers, and specialists. This phase ensures the designs meet all regulatory, structural , and practical requirements.

Design Development Workshop

The aim of this workshop is to finalize material design decisions before proceeding with construction documents (the detailed and expensive documents that the contractor will need to complete the project.)

Prioritization Workshop

This workshop walks through where costs are prioritized in the private and common amenities exceed the budget. Standard amenities are provided in every home but through this workshop the architect determines what those are.
