concept Design Phase
During this stage, preliminary designs are developed to reflect the community’s preferences and priorities. These schematics form the visual representation of your shared vision, providing a roadmap for further development.
Site Program (Design Criteria) & Schematic Design Workshop
Programming is the process used to arrive at the set of criteria on which the design will be based and evaluated. The programming phase is where the project is built—not brick by brick, but decision by decision.
Common House/Facility Programming & Schematic Design Workshop
This workshop is where the common realm is built, not brick by brick, but decision by decision. We will lead the project in establishing the goals and priorities for the common house, where most of the common facilities and amenities.
Private House Programming & Schematic Design Workshop
During this workshop the architect will meet with the group to build the private house requirements. The objective is to create the highest-value homes that meet the goals and budget.
Schematic Design Closure Workshop
This workshop secures approval from the group for the overall design before your designs are sent to local officials for the final planning approval of the project..
